Yes! You know it?
Aaron preps and maintains most of our Circuit-Days and Destination-Nurburgring cars, as well as trackside support at our trackdays.
Nice lad, curly hair.
We've all been so busy with work it's been difficult to get this done! We've still got some small bits to do (cut off switch, rain light ect.) but that can be done over winter.
Key thing is to get some miles on it on Sunday, get the chassis working as best we can and enjoy the car before the...
It lives!
A little later than planned (aren't they all) but no stress. Ready for a shakedown/play at Donington on Sunday.

I don't know what it's like on a Ph1 - but we'd have had to have moved the loom on the n/s as well. Looking forward to seeing it - might even pop down to UB's to see the Mi16 - I'll have a nose then ;)
Fit was good. UB will make sure it's all measured up before welding. Not doing the strut tops, no. Have you persuaded UB to do yours? I'd be surprised if he's agreed to do that!
Pretty relaxed to be honest, we're building to meet blue book regs (which is a tdt requirement) so we keep options open on where to run the car.Other than basic safety equipment, and only using tyres from MSA lists - pretty much anything goes within the bhp/tonne classes
It's quite appropriate - for years now each time I pass under the gantry at the end of a lap of the Ring I've 'High Fived' anyone else in the car - so when I saw that plate I decided to treat meself :)
Cheers guys - the car needs to be comfortable but good on track for work, so has a slight mod to the rear beam, retains a couple of degrees rake front to rear and is running 2deg negative camber on the front.
It's fitted with DS2500's all round and had a cold feed from the front fog up to the...
Thanks guys, only bought the car as a stop gap while I sorted out the 405, and now we have the http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?600256-ExplodingFistRacing-Clio silver Clio this one will probably be going ....

Hi all.
Myself and my friend Chris are prepping a 172 Cup with a view to entering the Trackday Trophy next year.
I won't be able to run a build thread as such but have a Faceache page if anyone's interested.

Seems it's a spree? A friends black Nissan pulsar GTiR Reg: M373LAD was STOLEN last night in Sheffield.

Drop me a line if you spot it.
I have a similar query.
My 172 cup is on Premiumcontact 2, with a load rating of 84 (which I thought was stiffer and specced as standard)
Yet on the renaultsport forum this morning I noticed the recommended tyres for this car are Sportcontact 1's or 3's with a load rating of 80.
Anyone have...

Belgian - Shiyan in his 172
UK - Blue 172 Cup on Ao48's
French - 182 Cup that thought it was Jap, had it's bonnet up in the car park all the time
UK Blue 172 Cup, standard wheels/tyres - me, and the car proved to be great fun. Might keep it after all
Have I ever seen S14 CUP parked up outside Mills on Fletchamsted highway?
edit - just checked your profile - that would be yes then. I'm a customer of yours!
I don't think the picture does it justice! But I see what you mean.
The lads did a beam mod to lower the mounting platform so it still has plenty of travel at the rear. Plus there's still rake down to the front (although it doesn't look like it in this pic!)
