im taking from a case when a uni mate caught someone with his car, the injured person claimed against him for injuries and the insurance refused to pay out due to invalidated insurance as his mods werent declared, he couldnt afford the amount that was being claimed against him so had to go to...

but the police wont take to kindly with you driving without valid insurance and you wont be covered when the other peeps sue your ass

to be fair tho anyone who doesnt declare mods is a muppet imo! just imagine the ass r*ping your going to get if you accidently hit someone or injure someone and your insurance is void as you didnt declare your mods! a 6x6 cell awaits! :(

pretty marmite those wheels fella middo had them on his black 1.2, looked ok but they aint to every1's taste

a lot of standard 172 cups have run mid 15's on the 1/4mile strips so th focus certainly wouldnt be whooping any rs clios arse. standard for standard they are pretty well matched

its the top corner window seal fella :D its a common occurance, all you need to do is get a bit of silicone sealant and stick it done, job done :D andy
