cars coming back on the road nxt sat, and I am looking at getting some new disc's and pads. I don't want to spend £££££'s on a full set up (that will be later on ;) ) just a decent set of dics and pads to go with, I think I have a set of OE rear pads in garage so will be ok for rear pads...

How much would I need?? 1 5ltr or best get 2??

they do tilt forward, but not a quick release as you have in a two door. All you do is slide the seat forward, turn the adjuster 4 times and passengers can get in the back....unless your like me and have passengers in the back very rarely!! :D

true! if you had the recaro subframes which fit straight in....easy! ;) undo 8 nuts from under the car - remove old seats - attach sliders on to recaro subframes - fit recaros in car job done! :)

its only got 53k on the clock, the guy was only selling due to the mrs only using it to travel to work - which was only 10 mins away, and they had a kid, so was abit too small for carrying all the baby stuff, He bought a mini cooper s and she had a new vectra company car, so the lupo had to go...

were getting it on coilover, but not changing the wheels....just yet anyway. Think they look great for standard. we're waiting for some red trim for the front grill (like on the new golf gti's)

should hopefully be over that figure - since i made 197, I have changed the air filter to a maxogen, changed the exhaust from magnex to yozzasport and had a custom 'live map' done on the car. Will have to get it back on the roll's again to see..... few extra's which I have put on the car...

The engine cover was on when I bought it off my mate, left it it on. The best thing to do.......thats a hard one! I got 12bhp out of it for doing the inlets, but I got the car already with head work, when The guy was doing my inlets he had a look at what LAD had done to the head and he said they...

if they come with the subframes with the seats take just over an hour to fit.....well it did when I was fitting the recaros, the only thing I had to change were the runners over 5 min job though. Ben_p - all my were loose too! :S

Got the part!!! mate said to try Honda....due to them being factory fitted in the accord they should be able to get spare parts, even though they are made by Recaro. So rang up and yes the part is coming in post tomorro! :) - Vent covers the name for them.

Re: New edition to the cup. cheers, thats what put me off being a slight green tint to them, but beggers can't be choosers! and the price I got them at was a steal too. thinking about it the integra has bright red seats in the front and black in the back, also my mates civic has red/black...
