my choice was black, silver or arctic blue...
These were the thoughts of the broker (which I agree with):
Black is nice - but the most popular (ie gonna be common when u come to sell) and hard to keep clean (had a R5 GT Turbo in this...looked good when shiny but required washing 1x a...
You also wont get the full 3 yr warranty. Think youll get 1 yr and then another if you apply to Renault UK. Others will be more knowlegable - especially if theyve bought from Motorpoint.
Ive noticed whistling from the wing mirror. I phoned the local garage; she checked on the computer and said there were no factory recalls against my vehicle....hmmmmm....Im new to this, never having had a new car; can anyone advise?
Just paid £12024 for a new UK 182 in arctic blue with 3yrs warranty, AA and RFL. You wont get a brand new 182 (cup or otherwise) for £10.5 k. If you send me a pm, Ill give you the details of the supplier that the broker I used uses (ie youll save even more than I did).
Ive used Wilkos alloy wheel cleaner. Inexpensive and seems to do the job a treat - even on my girlfriends cars wheels - which she leaves to accumulate brake dust deposits for weeks!
I would be wary about using other stuff that isnt designed for the job. It may seem ok at first, but it could...
so is my new 182. A girl I met whose car is doing a similar thing is taking it in to Reno tomorrow - but hers sounds a different thing.
Looks like the clunk is caused by the ABS self test, but that hasnt been confirmed, its just what others on the forum say.
Ive not been too worried as it...
Im sure youve all set the videos anyway, but dont forget the 182 v CTR showdown is on Fifth Gear (Ch 5) tonight at 8.30pm.
Wouldnt normally get drawn into this normally, but I stopped to let an arrogant CTR driver by on a busy road at lunch....not so much as a wink by way of a thank you (one...
You are best on cushions (where possible) to go over with one wheel and let the other stay in the centre, on the road. My previous car was a lowered MGF and it was a real pain in the a*se (literally) to go over them. Also the bevelled cusions gradually push your wheel alignment out.
ACPO guidelines state that they should be clearly visible...the logic being so that people dont panic and jump on the anchors (especially if someone is pointing a back gun like thing at you!)....like someone did not long back and ploughed into the scamera van. The copper only just managed to get...
Ta! Id left the search time at the default 1 month - duh!!
Read a load of posts and it looks like its subjective. I vaguely know someone who works at Shell so might ask for a definitive answer. On the station v supermarket petrol debate, she told me that filling station fuel IS superior to...
Just got mine from buymynewcar for £12024 for 182 with met.paint. They ARE a pre-reg though. 6 - 8 weeks delivery. Dont expect great customer service, but a good price I suppose.
Hi - picked up my 182 on Fri :D
Quick question on the fuel. Do people fill up with 98 ron unleaded (only seems to go to 97 at the pump) or is the 95 ron ok? Does it affect performance or the engine. Suspect it might affect the former but not the latter.
Advice would be appreciated. Cheers
Theyve all got it stitched up these days because magistrates are all part of the scamera partnership so they get to keep the money!
Did your ticket arrive after 14 days? If so, its your only get out. Go to pepipoo and get some more advice. Sometimes local authorities change speed limits on a...
