In games you want to be able to move fast though! Mine is 2000dpi lazer, I came from an 800dpi optical and the difference is huge.

4000dpi, 9 programmable buttons and onboard memory to save 5 gaming profiles. Your average off the shelf mouse has 800dpi and would feel rather sluggish after using a much higher dpi mouse.
