Yeah, the stripped out no comforts talk is a bit silly IMO.
ABS isnt a comfort (and is sh*t in icy weather). Nor is cruise control, xenon lights, or ESP which you really dont need.
Also with a broker, if you order through them today, they are not going to put in your order straight away. I think they have to order a lot of cars at once to get their discount.
ukcarbroker is cheaper than all of them.
It depends on what you want really, From a broker you will be second owner but it will be a full uk car.
imports are cheap but you when you sell it you will only get import money.
Im not sure what would happen if you had a major problem with a...
ukcarbuyer.co.uk was the cheapest I found for a UK pre-registered car.
I think they were £11000 for a standard one. Theyll do you one with climate for £11.5k.
Im buying from a dealer for £12k with climate.
Yeah, had one done recently on the car I sold. AA man didnt notice that the door and wing were resprayed and a different shade to the rear quarter.
One things for sure, Im going to spend a lot of time inspecting my CUP before I drive it away.
I think the brokers wait until they have a large number of orders - say 20, before they order from their Renault dealer.
I ordered 2 weeks ago from a dealer and was told first week of November.
That guy shouldnt be driving a CUP. I think with the car being relatively cheap it has become the new dream car for Saxo drivers and a few of them have bought one already.
I went in to a Renault dealer today and the only thing I could find was a one page leaflet that had the Sony MP40 (doesnt look too good) for £360 the MP80 for about £600!! and another one that was about £1500.
No sign of the MP70.
