Dont matter, Mine was a quick 182 and kept up with CUP's which happended a few times, the Trophy wasnt released at the time so could not compare them but its no quicker then a 182 in a straight line. Its like me saying the Hybrid is quicker now its on coilovers as thats all the Trophy is at...

My Mk1 172 and my 182 both handled worse then the Hybrid...............Fact;)

My Mk1 is arguably worth more then your 172, is certainly quicker, handles far better and stops quicker:rasp:

Opie oils is the cheapest I found for 5 litres, £32 i believe it was with my discount and free delivery too. Also got the oil filter from them

f**k em.................. I used a little over a 1000ltrs last night pressure washing my patio and the night before I washed both cars, my van and the drive.

Hit the top of the threaded bolt that comes through the wiper arm with a hammer, this in turn should free the wiper arm.

Iirc it need a few light modifications but will fit eventually. Get ovet to williamsclio.co.uk as a few of them have done it fairly recently and will be able to give you a better idea then I can

Rear disks are not vented and have the bearings pressed into them unlike the fronts mate

I owned the Hybrid, Mk1 172 and 182 all at the same time for about 8 months and after numerous tests we came to the conclusion the 172 was slowest and the 182 and Hybrid were dead even. The 172 had viper IK and cat back magnex 182 had viper IK and standard exhaust Hybrid had a cat back magnex...

Just key it up with wet and dry 1st and you will be fine You also need some plastic primer from halfrauds or similar

Get them up on SSC mate, someone will take them off your hands

Did you put copper grease on the rear of your pads? Will probably go away after a 100 miles or so mate while they bed in

Its 12months on consumable parts im affraid, exhaust, shocks, brakes and bulbs etc, down to general wear and tear
