Try calling incartec, I think the new Can-Bus one is what you need (ICT 29-800), the same as everyone else with an 'Update List' head unit as standard. Call them on 01420 540277 and if it is the new adapter you need, they are £99.
I got a parkers check done the other day on mine, 05 182, 5000 miles and cup packs:
Private Good : £10250
Trade In : £9500
Also bear in mind that's from Parkers and in the trade they use Glass's guide, which values less than Parkers.

If your original head unit had "Update List" on it then none of the current stalk adapters will work. Something to with changing how the remote works to a "Can-Bus" system or something in 2005.
I know this has probs been asked a million times but ... does the cover for the rear speakers just pop off? Also what size are they? Any help mucho appreciated :)

If anyone wants one of these I am selling one. Dension Ice Link Plus, for an Update list head unit. It also comes with a Brodit Clip active cradle for the Ipod mini, although you can use a nano with it. No need for awkward fitting it just clips onto the centre console at the side o the stereo...
