I reckon a TCE with a remap would be a much better drive than the GT ;) If you like the whole package the GT offers then go for it, but 12k for a non-RS Clio is a lot of money to spend on a hatchback! Just because you're not paying for all of it, don't spunk the money on anything!

Gotta love a bit of 2 wheel action! I used to race minimotos (nothing compared to full sized bikes of course) and whenever I used to crash, as long as I wasn't too gashed up/bike was unrideable...I'd just jump straight back on and carry on racing...adrenaline takes over and crashes on 2 wheels...

On the track, if you crash into someone its tough s**t, you don't have to pay a penny for any damage you cause to anyone else. Thats why you either get cover or take the risk! In anything worth of £5k I think I'd definitely get track insurance. If you're in a £40k+ car you'd be the biggest idiot...
