Just to add to what Ian said, if you like car and intend to buy, either take a mate who is a trained mechanic to check it out or failing that, get an AA inspection, I know this costs but could save you a few £££s in long run. Good luck mate.
^^^^
Got mine from Barkers to, Racing Blue but without cup pack and they are imported direct from France, unlike Motorpoint who sometimes import from Cyprus. I know Barkers have a couple of Black Golds in for £11,995 but thats all with no cup options, last I heard they where attempting to get...
Have just contacted renault to register mine, I get the full 3 year warranty as my car was imported direct from France (I am also 1st owner on log book) Got mine from Barkers in Preston. Like as mentioned above, think some of Motorpoints cars are registered in Cyprus so only 2 years warranty...
Am in a bit of a panic, have had a mate in the car today ( a trained mechanic, though its not what he does now!!!) I must admit, I hav e heard this noise at about 80, but am now hearing this at slower speeds and he has heard it to, sounds like a wheel bearing going or brakes binding, no pull at...

Clio182 try http://www.barkerspreston.com/http://www.barkerspreston.com/ I know that earlier he still had 3 black gold in stock, they are imports but Barkers can have a Class 1 Alarm fitted for £250, price for car is £11999, pm me for more info
Done 200+ miles today, no problems yet (touch wood) will let you know after w/end, blast down to Thruxton (well, Leisurely drive as I am I run-In mode) then across to Brecon then back upto Wigan Monday, that should hopefully dig out any problems
Best thing I found when buying used is to look around, like you say the miles a car has done affects price but not necessarily condition, say you have a 51 plater with 20K on clock, may be a sh*t tip inside and has not been looked after, on the other hand there may be a 51 plater with 50k on...
Went from Pug to VTR, still get misty eyed about driving that Pug, wheelspin in 1st, 2nd AND 3rd (then again, that could have been my tyres). Helluva car know the 182 will be at LEAST as good. VTRs same as 106 GTi handling wise, just you have to rev the nuts off it to get it to go anywhere fast.
