Right then guys, Those who are interested in the Power engineering remap (as discussed previously) let me know whether you still want to do it, so I can get a rough figure of the numbers involved and I will give them a ring and see what discount we can get for being a group of the same car/engine

Also here are the links to the other forums - getting pms from lots of random peeps

Yes or you could ring a few scrappy and see f they have any. Probably more expensive to buy from Renault than it would be to get some aftermarket ones mate.
Well that is what he told me tom mate, Didnt want to tel you at meet thought it might depress you.
Anyway, told him I would be v interested ingetting one for that so will ask him again at next meet on the 4/4 see what he says
Right I have done it.
Removed the hard plastic ends from the original pipeS which both go to the near side grill on the mk1 bumper. So reduced the size of my IK pipe from my quickshift taipan kit and carried it over the top of one of the original pipes. At some point will remove the bumper...
Well It goes from the enclosed Induction kit straight down to the bottom of the car and through/around other piping to the front lower grill.
Think tbh that the best thing will be to attach it to the back of those front bumper grills that only the mk1 has
Some of you will have seen my cold air pipe on Sunday, so I would like to see where others have put theres, Preferavly pics/details about mk1 172s please.
Am considering just attaching it onto the original air feed - ease more than anything else...
