In my VTR, the CAT was in the Manifold, so I had a 4-2-1, and then straight pipe welded each end :D
It was ghetto, and pretty good performance wise with the mani'!

IIRC, they did a road and race version, the race on was incredibly loud, popped every gear change on a cammed VTS.
Mixing and matching is the way forward tbh mate. I made my own straight through and welded it onto a Magnex backbox...

Plans sound good too, a mate had a GTi which was cammed and had a pugsport etc, popped loads and was QUICK for what it was.

I put £15 in the other night, took me to 177 miles on the trip comp.
Looked this morning, and I have 90 miles left :( Just doesn't go as far anymore!
I can get 40+ on long Motorway trips though.

It's quite low, dropped out 70/80mm at the front.
No lights up at all mate.
And i'm getting 35.5mpg, literally constant. Doesn't go up or down at all really.
Sometimes going up on the Motorway, but not much.

Got myself some tyres from here last week, came the next day.
I have noticed that I have been going through far more fuel than normal over the last few weeks.
I have no idea why but it's since I put coilovers on, I haven't had my tracking done or anything yet, could it be this, due to dodgy toe, tracking, etc?
or could it be something else?
