The cost of the cambelt is an iirelevant point to valuing any car regardless whether its done properly or by whom. Its like basing a cars value on the branding of the tyres - every car has them, whether they're Wanli or whether they're Pirelli, the worth of them does not dictate market value.

How much did it cost? I know things like this are never really finished, so just a ball park figure... :)
