Yep, ordered it all last night. Always liked ITG stuff. Going to get started this evening after work, wanted to start cycling to work again anyway, I'll have no choice now as It'll be up on stands for a few days. Will sound completely different after this, new exhaust and intake!

Would like to say a massive thanks to @Ph1 Tom, went to his today to collect some goodies, ktec exhaust and prima racing mount, ended up leaving with a bunch of other bits and bobs too :cool: Even made me a cuppa, gent! Had a natter and discussed the obvious things, turbos and superchargers...

haha it's all good! I've not had to spend anything more than expected. I'd have given it new plugs regardless at some point. And I planned to uprate the brakes anyway, this just means sooner rather than later. Didnt need a new waterpump, so that money saved covers most of plugs and mount :up...

Been lacking in updates lately, probably because I've done nothing :smile: But yesterday I visited @MicKPM At Diamond Motors for a belt change. The car was a bit of a t**t to him I think haha! Found a couple of bodges with alternator mounting/bracing and even a loose nut in the belt housing...

Sounds like relay dude! Especially if hazards are still working fine, as they should run off a separate relay.

I've been informed this is a fault with the switch, just looking to confirm before I buy a new switch. They work fine when the keys in the ignition, however nothing once removed. On a ph1

haha yeah, that's fair enough. In regards to the wheel, I couldn't live with suede/alacantara. I too often drive with mucky hands lol. Would be black before you know it. Not practical fr day to day use, but as Scott says how little he uses it, be fine. I'd keep wetwipes in the glovebox though...

Few mates of mine had Cooper S, beware of turbo bearings and chain tensioners. Common fault the tensioners go and the chains stretch. R56 this is. They are pretty nice cars besides that, plenty of mods you can do too. loads and loads of parts available.

Cheers dude! They're not all that different tbf. I do find the colour better in real than in a picture though. Hopefully getting paint correction done on it, possibly next month if funds will stretch. Bring the shine/metallic out a bit more in the paint.

Ask when you take it to get the belts done ;) at least they will know what's actually up with it at a specialist. Rather than trying to rip you off like 99% of the garages out there. We can do suspension anyway.

Although I disagree strongly with buying a ph2 over the ph1, this is looking good man! Should be a decent track toy :up:
