Tried again lastnight on a mates computer that uses windows 7 (im using vista) and it still didn't work. This is the message i get when i open the rs tuner program. :(

Just plug the unit into a difference computer and the red light flicked on then went straight back off, I'm guessing this is normal? I'll try the older software when I get home.

I had te exact same problem, had the wheels balanced and all was fine for a week now its back :(

I got the wheels re balanced last week and all was fine however when I was driving home yesterday I noticed the vibration had come back but not as bad. Could one of the weights fallen off somehow? It's strange as it's been perfect for a week.
