Would the different length cause me an issue?

I've just been offered a set of 182 cup pack springs which i am really tempted by. Does anyone know if these springs will be the same as the 172 cup and i guess i just need to look out for the yellow and white dot.

The springs that are on it are K-tec lowering ones, 30mm according to there website. So what are the exact differences then? i guess uprated spring rate and maybe lower than the standard 172?
