Depends what you’re expecting from it. That is their more basic line (non fuel). But if you’re just doing 1/4” type jobs with 6-13mm non corroded fasteners it may be better for you than the fuel range as it’s a lot more compact.
If you want to get caliper bolts out and do anything slightly...
Did go on powertoolmate but couldn’t see the offer. You can find the page by googling Black Friday m12b6 but it’s a dead page now.
I managed to fix my 6a battery last night though. Had to desolder the wires and pull it all apart. Turned out one of the spot welded metal tabs had come off...
Picked up the Milwaukee 3/8” long neck ratchet last night so had its first use today. Snap on price was just silly really and didn’t realise it wasn’t even the new brushless (at £480 with a ‘discount’)
Has anyone got a link to cheapest place to get 6.0 M12 batteries?
It almost seems more...
Yeah, they have amazing throttle response. It does make you think it’s going to fly but it’s very sedate after the initial snap, bit like the V6 Clio in that regard.
I always thought a supercharged R32 would be a weapon.
One of the best sounding stock cars though, and feel really sure footed.
I have had to reel the dropping on to my boot thing in a bit with the Milwaukee. Mind you I replaced the battery shell a while back, was babying it a bit more after that… then I was off work for a few days and when I came back the battery clip was busted again. My tools get used when I’m not...
Why did I picture you adjusting your Milwaukee baseball cap before cracking your fingers to type that 😂
To be fair I’m definitely no snap on fan boy, I’ve had Milwaukee 3/8 stubby for over a year. It’s done well apart from being a bit flimsy regards the 6.0 battery hanging off it (on my 3rd...
Really want to get a cordless ratchet, my snap on man wants £480 for the long neck one. Lot of dosh compared to the Milwaukee but having used both the snap on feels a lot nicer to use. Something tells me Milwaukee must be due an update for the ratchet soon.
Want to get a new 1/2” gun too...
Yeah, stubby.
Mine definitely seems to be more powerful in arrow mode. I tested it a couple of times now, when in 3 and it has that ‘not gonna touch it sound’ switch to arrow and it gets it off fine.
Before I tried the other week I’d always just left it in 3 (unless I wanted to use the low...
Pretty sure the torque channel did a test of those compact 18v ones vs the 12v and the 12v was just as good.
I’m hoping Milwaukee come out with a new battery fit more than anything. Im on my 3rd 12v 6.0 battery shell now. The small batt is perfect on the 12v but the 6.0 is too big for the...
Cut the wire, heat the boss and use a proper 6 sided deep socket on it (smash top off sensor if your socket won’t fit). Or cut plug off (if it won’t fit through) and put a decent spanner on it and heat the boss.
Those sockets with a split are a waste of time if they’re really stuck. Key is...

Had it coming a year but I’m really liking the recent 200 purchase more than I expected so thinking of selling the 172.

Funnily enough watching his ssshhmoooseum YouTube channel is so different to his regular channel. None of the up close spitting and “hi guys” stuff. Plus his Mrs is pretty hot.
As above, it was but a lot have only surfaced too late or people didn’t know.
It’s not a bad repair for that though if it’s just appeared.
It’s more this I’d be worried about (found the chaps pics on FB)
One other thing I’ll add about the fn2 is, rust!
Be aware they like a bit of tin worm underneath.
I gave ours a good clean up and applied bilthamber rust killer.
I’ve seen some that are really bad and you’d never know from the top. Saw pics in the FB group the other day of one that was...
I thought the seats were quite generous width (not bragging haha) for recaro type seats.
I wonder if the screen has been replaced with a poorly made replacement in yours? I’ve not noticed that myself in ours and I can be a right weirdo with stuff like that (as my Mrs will attest to) But I...
Smoking crack, not for me thanks.
If you’re talking about tuning it’s twice the engine for sure. But ours is totally stock car and it’s not just me that thinks the fn2 is a bit lacking compared to the delivery in the ep3 (the majority of fn2 owners will say it on the groups I’ve read)
To the...
Just feels a bit flat and linear to me. They don’t have the same aggressive vtec change as an ep3 type r remember.
I had a jdm s2000 and would say the vtec engines are very numb feeling. Great thing about the Clio is it’ll not only rev but in my 172 for example (although has been mapped) I...
I got my Mrs an fn2 a couple of months ago. I have a 172 and a 200.
The fn2 is a nice car but my 200 is much more fun to drive and feels faster (Honda is very smooth and lacks engine character)
I do think they’re good value though but after a couple of months the first thing that springs to...
I’ve had this a lot on my current phone, if it’s a mobile it’s a number that starts the same as mine actually (as I remember tho king it was odd the amount that were similar)
Sick of constant calls (my number is on google from old business) I bought a new phone, new number.
I’ve yet to start using the phone but had it a few weeks. The whole time I’ve had it on and mostly on airplane mode.
The other day I turned it off airplane and sent a imessage from my...
Cruised up in a vetrorisina Ferrari 308 in convoy with an F40 to the show and first thing I photographed was a mk2 golf GTI.
And prob one of my favourite cars of the show
