What N0ddie says ^^^ is bang on.
Similar driving experience, similar overall pace, but with the ST it is much easier to make progress.
Heated windscreen and heated seats also made my commute this morning a very pleasant experience.
I've only seen one other one on the roads so far.
I do this, I always do this, my legs work so I have no problem using them...but it hasn't solved the problem for me.
I still get idiots parking right next to me when my car's surrounded by 100 other empty spaces.
It just shows how little people actually think about anything at all when they're...
Beautiful, but no less similar to the basic Clios than the ST is to the lower spec Fiestas, no? The only things externally that mark any of them out over lesser siblings are wheels, calipers, exhausts and bumpers.
Unless there's some other appendage on the Clio I've missed?
Exactly Look at the share of the costs on the pie chart.
Saving a few percent on the fuel cost won't make a huge difference to the overall cost of ownership. It'll still be the biggest portion by far.
Depreciation/finance/hp/lease costs are the only thing you can reduce that actually make any...
All done at the dealer yesterday. Mirror supplied and fitted, and SYNC system reset fixing my iPod connectivity problem. They didn't update the software after all as it's quite a lengthy task apparently and they didn't have time to complete it as it was too late in the day. No bother as I have...
So, test bias and pre-scripted agenda aside, after a bit of a hack about and some intentional stupidity by Tiffany Dell the Renault's dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree.
That alone makes me happy I'm not in one right now.
This is why my front left wheel always used to lock way before the right one in my 172 Cup?
Makes sense, throw in 75kg for a driver and there's serious righthand side bias!
Got it booked in this Friday to have a complete new mirror assembly fitted. Quite surprised that they come in at only £160 plus fitting...That's colour matched too.
Going to have them update the SYNC software while they're at it, hopefully restore my iPod connectivity.
Now I've had it for a...
Re: Understeer Soltuions?
This maybe worth a read through...went through most causes and most possible solutions...

Why are they definitely not real bullets?
From what was visible on the clip, it seemed a pretty standard sidearm he was holding as he went to disarm the perp. Looks like he got tagged twice but not in a main artery...so he was downed, but not leaking too badly.
Orange seats are a must if you're going with a black, white or orange body.
Stick with the ST2, for the extra cost both used or new what you get is worth it I think.
So as if the mirror being swiped off is not enough, now my SYNC has stopped working with my iPod. Connects ok, says it's auto-indexing but never actually does so can't get anything out of it at all. I can connect it with a simple 3.5mm jack for now but that gives me no control and no voice...
50mph, straight out of the nearside hedgerow and into the mirror. Heard a massive Whack! and thought it had just collided with the windscreen/side window at first, looked in the rear-view at the explosion of feathers and saw the orange mirror cover go beneath the van following...then looked back...
My lovely commute this morning claimed a part of my ST, grrrr...f***ing birds...
Luckily there seems to be no damage to any panels or anything else...just the shell has come off with the glass...so it should be a simple fix I hope.
