So apart from the presentation being a bit pants and, going from previous Sony previews etc, we can't really rely on the game footage being a true representation, what do people think of the features that we were told about?
IMO:
The contoller: pants. It was hard enough to just use the...
Sounds like it was a good thing I gave up and went to bed.
Because the new features really aren't that great. The whole presentation of it was boring, even the people presenting didn't seem to have any get up and go or enthusiasm for it. It was just on the news on daybreak this morning saying...
two weeks to go.
Was going to trade some games in for this but it's only £32 from The Hut, plus 10% off with code SHOOTER10 and I can get 3% cashback via topcashback. Will be pre-ordering tonight me thinks!
I'm still very new to DA too but imo I'd go with Lime prime on the Orange pad, Blackhole on the Yellow and Z2 by hand.
Wouldn't bother with the wax if using z2.
I'd be interested to see what you think of Black hole over the top of LP too. Seems to be quite a few differeing opinions across the...
to save starting a new thread I'll stick it in here as it's kinda related...
Whats Iron X like for plastic trim? Owning a civic that has a lovely grey plastic trim around the whole lower edge of the car (arches/skirts etc) there isn't realy a way I could use IronX without it coming into contact...
for the in-car shots focus wise I assume, flick into manual and leave on inifinty? Otherwise if focus on the dash there will be a certain amount of bokeh involved reducing the effect of the "light streams" through the window?
cool idea. Pics of the mashing/blending/melting stages would be cool.
What about adding something thats a bit filler heavy such as Black Hole or Amigo to aid in masking swirls at the same time? Taking it to far?
I have some Nattys Blue, Z2 and Black hole at home.....can imagine the look on the...
was going to start a new thread but thought I'd just ask in here...
What about the in-car shots. You know the ones, usually taken at night, camera is somehow mounted to the passenger seat headrest, with a long(ish) shutter, so all the dash etc is clear in focus but out the window is all motion...
Not far from the end now, just started on Blackwater Park. Done the first section of the level, accessing the building/lift (suit only, not spotted), yet to do anything else, other challenges or parts to the level.
Finally done the hardest challenge I've come across in the game so far. Had to google it to find out what I was supposed to do and fool me did it take some practice! Piece of piss now I know how to do it though. Was on the attack of the saints level, in the motel.
thats all challenges done on...
I'm still going on this. Just finishing off a few challenges on the Death Factory level before moving on.
I still think it's awesome tbh. I've loved all the Hitman games and this one is just as good imo. I just think it's a case of the game has evolved and now it includes the story line, more...
it's along those lines yes. You are basically a manager of superheros (think along the lines of Nick Fury from Marvel lol). You have to train them up and send them off to fight crime, whilst earning money to improve the HQ and facilities etc to be able to hire better superheros and fight...
I managed to fluke that level. The below is how I managed it without getting spotted, might be worth a try if you're still struggling:
I'm struggling to get the technique upgrade thats available on the Descent level. I've got all the challenges etc and I've done the whole descent, without...
SketchPhrase
It's like a mad mix of Catchphrase, Pictionary and Chinese Whispers.
Somone starts by creating a phrase. It then goes off to someone else who has to draw that phrase. It then goes off to someone else who has to write down what they think it is, then goes off to someone who has to...
Its the challenges that make the game imo. Inspires a bit of creativity rather than just blasting through it like you can on most games these days.
Only need one more for Hunter & Hunted now (moment of bliss), then I'm on to the next level.
I've done about 30 Contracts now too. Some of them...
^ not sure I'll bother with that. Doesn't seem to add anything to the game really. Just a different outfit and a new gun, which will most likley be exacly the same as the silverballers anyway. Going by the vid it won't add anything to the storyline or extra missions etc, just a couple more...
I think you might be missing the point. Gally was refering to people still guessing AFTER the 2pm cut off point. It has nothing to do with where the results were posted....
