Can anybody recommend a decent seat cover for the standard 172 seat as I get covered in dust at work and I don't want to ruin my immaculate drivers seat.

I read on here some where that you can modify the standard throttle body and put a stiffer spring inside? Is it A possible and B is it actually worth it ? ​

A few years ago when I built a f7r lump, I brought a rebuild manual which did a step by step rebuild with pictures and all the relevant torque settings. Does anybody do one for the f4r as I don't want to buy the Haynes book of lies.

Got home from work to find a racing blue 182 reg y21 jrd and a 172 cup in artic blue reg lv53 oka parked outside my flat. Both looking good. Wanted the Astra parked between them to go so i could park between them and take a photo :( Rb clio had a cliosport.net sticker on rear screen.
