It seemed to be true on my first car, a 1985 one! I don't normally let it get that low but I couldn't be bothered to stop on the way home the last time I used it!
Is this right??? Was on the red on petrol so had the computer on to show how many miles I could still do as the first petrol station was shut... - I was watching it go down (fairly quickly I thought) when the low petrol light lit up as I hit the A3 of all places, and the readout went blank...
