Mum wants a new laptop for Christmas and i've lost track of whats good and whats not now, so... The budget is £400 max, she needs it for everyday things like - surfing the web, using excel, word etc etc. What would you go for?

Wow! - its been a long time since this was last updated, to be honest that’s due to the fact the car hasn’t changed and the plans haven’t really gone ahead. Simply because I decided the money I would spend on mods could be better saved for the RS so I can get the spec I want and sooner rather...
