Oh that explains it then. Has this fault been happening since you've had it? It's either faulty or not be set up properly.

    Return spring? Clutch pedal.

Try clearing it with your code reader. I'm guessing everything is factory and you haven't messed around with the steering wheel or something. Does the car steer straight? Had an alignment recently? Can't see it being the combined sensor it mentions unless the car has been stripped out and it...

From what I can find online DF194 is a crash data fault 🤔

    Getting my 182 through Emissions

Get some high temp silicone in the joints to seal it up. They never like to seal up great at the best of times.

Get yourself some stainless pins for the brakes. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/226075838837?itmmeta=01J03H54RX83Q6EZ8XXF075AA5&hash=item34a32b8975:g:U~kAAOSwT8BmDaVb

182 front pads- cold bite, no track use

No, they were bought as spares and I don't own the Clio now. Anyone want them?

Hopefully it narrows it down to one of the wheels at least. Then it should be a case of the magnetic ring or the sensor. Best case would be a rear pick-up ring as they are replaceable for cheap.

It's alright with a decent sleeping bag. You'll be able to get a small mattress in the X5.

Hmm that's odd, it should be storing a code even if not present 🤔 Bit of a guessing game without that really.

182 front pads- cold bite, no track use

Seems the Bosch pads I have are only FE coded. (0986424533). The cheaper ones are the GG rated.

I've a set of Bosch pads at home, which according to the Autodoc pictures are also GG rated. I'll have a look later.

    BG 182 rear brake lines

Yeah the lines to the caliper is the one all the way from the flexi, so just trying to work out which ones he means 😅

Brigsy's other cars - formerly kangoo 172 cup

I've used the W5 on the Clio and they were great, last ages but the bite wasn't as strong as CL RC6.... So the W6 or 6.5 should be better. Quite a few of the Megane lads run W7 which must be savage.

Winmax W6 probably more comparable to DS1.11 mate.

You have braided to the caliper already? Which line has split then?

For road pads just fit Brembo or Bosch.

    Another Track Pad Question

Winmax are good but will leave dust like CL, with them being a metallic compound.

    SERV + ABS + ESP

You need to push it in a few clicks at a time to adjust, not pull it out.
  28. Mr Trailer Man

    SERV + ABS + ESP

Yeah I don't know why but they take more adjustment than just fitting straight from the packet.
  29. Mr Trailer Man

    SERV + ABS + ESP

The brake switch is adjustable, it's a ratcheting type plunger. Keep adjusting it until you get the lights coming on with minimal pedal pressure. Failing that it could be the steering angle sensor.
