I use one of the Kenwoods in an MX5, goes behind the passenger seat.
Depending on what systems you may have had before, don't expect too much from these underseat units. It'll fill out the sound and let you turn it up more without having your tweeters take your ears out, but it's not going to...
You've got to assume they do, they are wireless after all.
But will they just leech power from the main unit, or also act as 'auxiliary power' when connected to it?
Certainly a boon over my way.
Just need to remember that you only have a bubble of signal and it wont switch over to cellular or wi-fi routers mid-call
BT Mobile is supposedly working on getting WiFi calling sorted, as part of their under-the-table EE tie-ins.
But once you can, yeah, move to EE / Voda / 3 / o2 and, phone-depending, you'll be good to go.
If only they'd used the space to move their battery connections apart, instead of having a pointless 3.5m aux plug.
I mean, who even uses those anymore.
Short springs and OEM dampers (especially if they're still the original ones) aren't going to result in a magic carpet ride :/
If the swap of spring brand doesn't help, look to the oily bits!
All I know is when the bearing went on my 172, I took it to kwikfit out of depseration.
and was back a fortnight later for another one. If memory serves, both were Bosch. I could very easily be wrong
I ran them on my MX5s all year around and wouldn't say they're that bad. Remember that's with no traction or stability control either.
I'm not saying you're wrong, of course, the pattern doesn't lend itself to snow/rain in the same way, say, Rainsports do, but they're hardly cut-slicks.
Seems my sky discount just expired.
I'll be interested to see what their plan is here....
It'd be cheaper in actual reality to keep me on my + box and just take my lower subscription fees, but are they going to try and flush me onto Q anyway, and dump a chunk of new equipment on me?

I think that's Clio fitment, isn't it?
I've not had a problem with them in weather. Ever.
