Here's a few photos from my 2nd track day at Thruxton last Friday.
I had a bloody amazing time, the track is really quick and I spun off whilst going through "church" at about 100mph... Luckily no damage to either the Trophy or myself. I just ran out of talent! [emoji6] the car performed...
I really lucked out. I've got a mate who works for Skype and managed to get me a dlc code, which only cost me £17.80! For that price I couldn't say no! Just need to wait until the 18th now...
I played the demo over the weekend, and I'm really not that impressed. IMO the series has just gotten worse ever since forza 3! They should just concentrate on improving the Horizon series as they've nailed the pick up and play arcade style! The whole realism has been lost, and the game's have...
In my opinion the weekend was perfect!
However like other people have said maybe the fairground rides where a little lost on most of us, and the money spent on them could be better spent on other entertainment? Loving the suggestion of arcade machines etc!
As for the venue itself and the formula...
Looks bloody awesome mate! I'm glad you liked what I had done, to do it to your own Clio. Depending what cage you go for, it shouldn't get in the way of the mat.
But like you said I wouldn't risk it as once it's stuck down it would be a pig to remove!

I've also gone for the slightly harder compound too got them at a bargain price through work.
I really need to get another set of wheels but I can just change tyres at work anyway. My road tyres are Michelin pilot sport 3's which are awesome but really showed their limits out on...
