It's very quick! Was his first trackday so understandably he was taking it relatively easy.

If it is never going on track then I'd get K-tec. Will go plenty low enough, and they aren't too harsh for day to day use on the road. Although I'd personally be looking at some decent springs myself, unless you really want coilovers.

I'd say it gets to temp, i.e bang on centre, then drops slighty, rises back and so on...

Just been reading up and it defo sounds like thermostat has gone, sounds like it is stuck partially open.

Its just I'm off to Oulton on Friday, not on track but just want to get there and back.
