I'm just itching to get to Africa in October to try this beasty
Dabbled with it in vertical stabilisation only to try panning, what i'm hoping for is a killer pan shot of a fast moving big cat, been practising with cars on the motorway, you dont half get some funny looks standing in a field...
Just bought that from warehouse express for £681 - Jessops are SUCH a rip off.
The ones im lusting after next are this one
and probably this one as well, i'll never have any money :(
I did exactly the same with the 300D, made it feel perfect, especially like the additional buttons in the bottom right hand corner that allow a 90 degree rotation and retaining major functions. I will be doing the same with the 5D, annoyingly although it looks identical its slightly different to...
The only negative thing i'd say about the 350D is the size of the thing, this will sound odd but it just doesnt 'feel' right, its quite a lot smaller than a traditional SLR camera and when i tried one it just felt like a big compact. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with the operation/quality of...
Yeah, you have to make things look pretty on an A4 sheet of paper, professionals like me have to turn it into a workable piece of print. Bloody designers have no idea how it happens nor could they grasp it most of the time. What do you design for? Litho? Flexo? Gravure? Dry Offsett? Aluminium...

especially when i hear about yet another crapbook going to computer heaven ;)
Yes various companies i've worked for have had them, i work in reprographics, its a service industry, we have to deal with the sh*te we get supplied...

I find Apple...
Oh yeah im bitter, i bought a centrino laptop last year and the bloody things never missed a beat - what i should have done was pay a few hundred quid more for a crapbook with a smaller screen, a slower processsor which would now not work as it'd died with the rest of it.
Oh yeah real bitter. I...
Heh heh being old is great, all the insurance numpties think your too old to drive like a hooligan anymore, just renewed my trophy insurance - £390 with protected no claims :)

And that my friends is how to handle a Clio - jesus that guys talent is immense, its like he corners using the force, utterly brilliant driving.
:hail:
I've said this before, anything with an apple logo on it will cost more, perform badly and break. The only thing in their favour is they're now faster, although why they are Intel based i just dont know, Apple has always screamed hysterically how much faster the power PC chip was.
I got hold of...
