looks good but i would have ran the feed into the fog or wheel arch. where it is now its blocking the path of cold air to the plenum, it runs too far and it doesn't look as good. imo.

if i do it i will be using plasti-kote super enamel. it is heat resistant to 150 degrees, so that should be plenty for the plenum. my mate has used plasti-kote on his capri engine and it hasn't cracked yet... just wanted a little more advice really as i dont want it to go all sh!tty then i...

i have seen a fair few people with this done. mine is semi polished atm but i was considering painting it. has anyone that has painted it noticed cracking or flaking? or does it stay on there pretty well? cheers

i love 2118's! they look stunning mate! just needs lowering a bit, a cup splitter fitting, mud flaps removed, a black front diamond and colour coded bullets and this will be an amazing car! im very, very jealous of the 2118's

very nice mate. i would paint the front diamond antharcite. you could always buy a cheap badge off ebay and paint one green, one antharcite. see what looks best. green will look a bit lost at the front on its own imo. it would work if you painted the mirror caps green too

heat from the light shouldn't be a problem at all, the cold air will pass through the piping before it gets a chance to heat up. if anything it will heat up more in the engine bay. looks ok, wouldn't have it on mine but fair play. if you needed the fog holes for brake ducting then there is not...

as above for slight performance mods looks wise... keep it simple

the cup wheels are heavy has, i totally agree. my ultealeggera are about half the weight of a 182 wheel :) the 182's do suit your car tho

refurb the 172's in antharcite. will look great! it has been done. (see greeny 172) but it hasn't been done as much as turini's

just noticed your from nottinghamshire, not too far from where i am. if there is a meet around area sometime i would be interested in checking out its cleanliness in the metal :) keep cleaning ;)
