anything you've done to prepare for your ards? or is there anything you should do? apart from bringing your helmet and buying the go racing pack from msa?
So turns out removing the decoder ring compeltely messes them up, removed it to cut the casing down, then repalced it tried to start nout, bought a new one and one spare and all was fine.
Cut that one down, and then again wouldnt start, start yeah now using the spare but doible checked removing...
Hmm thats interesting, not cheap those wire tow hooks either are they?!
About £80 for 4?
I think theres something related that i used to use when I was doing some rope access work and for about £20 for 4 so may look into it!

Ooosh progress!
Hating how I did my dash the first time round I decided i would put some effort in to get it how i want it...
So sourced a ph2 flocked dash for a bargain, and got to work.
Bought some alumnium composite for the centre console bit and went from there.
The composite I got...
No dont really wanna go for them, as theyll reduce the contact of the taper and I dont run spigot rings eiter so would escalatw it furthur.
Gonna get wheels machined, I'll let you know a price I get :)

Theres a couple of ways, on a ph1 ecu like i have you can have the imboliser decoded, thus removing it.
On a ph2 you can just tape the key inside the decoder ring and hide it behind dash, then jobs a gooden :)

So car was back out on track at french car show after the sump issue, this time was less eventful with nothin going wrong.
It was my first time on track at combe and I really liked the track! Defintely going to get a full day booked there asap!

Yep started on it today, just gonna drop subframe as a hole I think, although cant get a track rod end out the hub after a lot of smashing it with a hammer!
