Yeah, drop links end up needing heat/cutting.
My rears still need doing, got myself penned in for a day with Ant to do those, replacement Bilsteins and a whole s**t ton of other bits :/
Shift gaiters are literaly so easy that I could do them. The whole car comes apart with 2 screwdrivers and 1/2 a Halfords socket set.
If you want to give your suspension a refresh withoutr being y0-mad-JDM4lyf-yolo-stance-slam-r****d, hunt out a set of the springs and shocks for the Mk2.5...
Just looks like someone cant afford to get their bonnet resprayed, TBH.
Same as 'carbon'-wrapped bonnets, I cant help but think "someone must have keyed C*NT into the bonnet, and probably for good reason"
Which is a shame, because the rest of the car looks spot on!
As an iPhone 5 user, I'll upgrade to a 6, only because
1) when iOS 8 comes out, invariable the 5 will run like a bag of nails.

There's no one answer to this.
Depending on your speakers, amplifiers, sub and headunit, it could be anything. And one persons "Perfect" is another persons "WTaF???"
Also, the music you listen to will have an effect to how you set it up.
More importantly though, cut low-end to your speakers...
If the sub was used with the existing headunit, they may have used the rear speaker wires as an input for the sub, meaning the speakers are no longer wired in.
how to check: take the speakers out.....are there wires-
NO - There's your answer
YES - check your head unit settings, is sound all...
