I've still got this and its now (unfortunately a tad late) ready for a track day in 2014!
Completed recently:
- Engine and box out for strip down
- Wire wheeled the entire front end pretty much, cut out the rot and plated up.

Its currently on axle stands in the garage awaiting some wrench time. I did another track day in it after the last pictures posted above, in 2013 and then retired it. Put some GAZ Gold dampers on the rear on the last outing and they were f*cking MEGA!

Luckily my brother in law saved my arse and I passed the exam.
I even bought a sh*t pot spare for the current Audi - just to prevent this from occurring again.
You never know.
Never seen the benefit. Wheels on and off all the time.
Think Jim put the wheels on the wrong way round, with only 1 wheel nut. He just won't admit it.
It was probably over a year ago.
The clio was a Ph1 172 titanium and it had williams wheels on it, in white. it had some lows, looked purposeful for the track but he used it daily.
Think the guy was in Scotland. He might have been called jon, but that is a guess.
