I’m not a fan of how it looks, but didn’t find the gameplay too bad once I got into it. I’ll have another go today and see if I still feel the same about it.
Either way, I’m glad it’s on gamepass so there’s no need to drop £70 on it.
I’ve got a FlyDigi controller, the sticks use hall sensors so zero stick drift.
It also has software adjustable trigger buttons which are pretty clever.
Stuck a 7900XTX in mine this morning, not tried it properly but after a quick blast it seems very impressive.
This means my old 3070Ti will be up for sale, I’ve just redone the thermal paste so it’s good to go.
This looks like a game that may actually be optimised properly to not eat up every little bit of RAM available, therefore making it usable on those GPUs with a measly 8GB (my 3070Ti cries when I say this).
Best thing I done was ditch the Amazon stuff for an Apple TV.
A fire stick is fine for travelling or on a TV in another room for occasional viewing, but that’s about it.
I’ve been using Fan Control for a while now, it can control individual speeds of fans and pumps for water cooling.
It also lets you create a profile to link the fan speeds when one component starts to heat up more than the other. This is very helpful to keep air moving as everything is working...
Paid £2400 in 2015 and it ticked onto 94k on the drive home.
Sold the Recaros for £450ish (I think) as they were not comfortable for me at all.
It’s on 148k now, will be 9 years of ownership in 4 days time.
Have you actually plugged it in to see what fault is causing the issue?
Mine was a rear ABS sensor, but I only found that out after plugging in a code reader.
I’ve recently ditched my 240mm AIO in favour of a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 (can’t stand the stupid names).
£30 air cooler is doing the exact same job, only with no pump noise. Excellent.
