Soooo.... I've had this forever. I tried to get it working (steam version) and the wheel support was just utter garbage. You'd turn the wheel and it would start steering then just go straight, and no FFB. I watched a couple of videos more recently and thought I'd have a go at getting it...

Yeah, I've spent half the evening in it. For me it's like ACC but with road cars. Really like it. Just a few things though 1. The RS3 seems to have some sort of stability control that, even if you turn TC off, will not let you do donuts. 2. The menus run at like 15fps. WTF. Especially annoying...

Yeah, the patch was literally just to enable all the cars whilst the server's down.

I'm quite happy so far. It's obviously not optimised, not polished, not perfect.... But it's a bloody good start.

As you say it’s the LIDAR. If the glass isn’t perfectly clear then the infrared grid shows up on it and the phone uses that as the distance. I usually find that tapping on the subject makes it realise that I’m trying to see something behind the glass though.
