    The Ford Appreciation Thread

Other than the old Cosworths and historic Escorts, the fast Fords of today do very little for me!

So the Range Rover wasnt a great buy but, this definately is :/

Supercar running costs! Components are obscenely expensive! Doesn't appeal one bit.

    The Chris Harris thread

I would say the chances of the GT3 RS having a manual are nil! Why? - because the PDK is a better box; sure, it'll annoy the purists but as an out and out 'performance. car the PDK is just better. Great video! I thought the 997 GT3 was staggering around the ring and we were only doing 8:15 BTG!!

Supercharged R27 at Cadwell park and bedford

I drove a stock R27 round Cadwell and it was brilliant! I can't image how much fun a S/c R27 must be! Would imagine you'd be dipping under 8mins at the North Loop with that spec!

I had a wee moment coming out there too! As it levels out the end went light! (nothing too heroic though)

Around 2:40ish. Watch from 2:30 and you'll see where i lift and where the OP vid obviously doesn't. You can go longer if you don't have a passenger, in my vid i had a massive German man who was giving my brakes a bit of a pounding! ;)

    MarkCup's Fiesta ST

Only in passing Rob. Looks like a fish at the front! (Same goes for it's bigger brother) I think Ford have gone backwards in that department...But if the chassis is as good as it appears to be, maybe that's enough for most!

Ford Racing Puma #160/500 (Déjà vu)

I like it because it's different. And others don't get it!...Like of like the V6. Good on ya!

I'm sure he'll lift next time! ;) (If there is a next time)

    Civic Pinball @ The Ring

Just what i was told by the ring regulars, and i guess it's subjective to the car your in. GT2's and GTR's etc are doing c160mph down there! Like you said it's not about setting records, call it a comfort lift if you will; the lardy hippo isn't great over the depression. (2:30 in)

    Civic Pinball @ The Ring

A very fast part of the track, but not a hard one imo! You lift at the bottom of the foxhole and accelerate up...I'm not flat through the first left either. The Schwedenkreuz is scary, easily over 140mph and a bump on the entry + alot of faster cars passing you along there!
  27. A

    MarkCup's Fiesta ST

Not a fan i'm affraid. Seems to get good write ups on the chassis front, but it looks dire and the interior is equallys as poxy!

    Bmw E92 service history?

It all depends on how it's driven...I.e when i got mine the pads were 10k miles, now it's at 5k miles (Only done 2k since i bought it) The log book will still show the service history, and the iDrive will show you all the pending services required and when. It's a little more difficult to...
