Hi b1lly
Sorry to hear about your accident especially seeing you were going away, I can,t see why there should be any problem with any payout as it wasn,t your fault, there should be no issues with you buying from a garage. I presume all the costs will be picked up by the other drivers...
OH yes, there's two mysterious counties called Devon and Cornwall ( although Exeter is just in the first lol ) a place full of people and pixies with strange accents eating big pasties and clotted cream cakes, apparently the latter believes its separate from England !!!!!!!!! :)
Last help tonight i,m afraid ,on the way out
look for the intake pipe to your engine thats connected to the air filter box. follow the pipe to where it connects to you intake manifold (Engine) and there should be an area with cables attatch to a lever thats your throttle. there should be...

If you do, check the engine earth lead is not broken/corroded/insecure.

Nice photos, looks just like it was when I took the mrs away just before xmas, stayed in Powis by Churchstoke then drove up through Snowdonia over the weekend.
Fair enough, but reading some of the comments on here just seem, well I shan,t say what, as far as 32 mate , come on, really you should know better, I was told by my parents next door neighbour many years ago after passing my test to treat every other road user as an idiot, done me well so far ;)
Some may well call me a middle aged w*nker, I sometimes come across guys of your ages 18/19 going into early 20,s and guess what some of their driving skills P*ss me right off, but on saying that there is absolutely no point or reason in trying to take the law into your own hands and punch the...
He had the accident on the 12th Dec and we received the payout cheque just after Xmas, yep rejected the first offer, if I remember the accessor offered £2100. They will give you all the usual bulls--t about how you paid too much for the car when you bought it etc etc , just stick too your guns
As with my sons, insurance company will not entertain using non manufacturer parts, I could have got OEM parts for £800.. off internet spent another £1200 having them sprayed and fitted, Job done £2000, Aviva not interested, bodyshop quoted £3083, hence Cat C write off :(
