No worries
Srp is a good choice. It's still a good product and used by many after all these years.
Apply the srp with either a foam or microfibre applicator. I personally prefer microfibre applicator but it's personal preference.
With the sealants mist one spray per panel or a couple of...
Yeah I own both and the sealants I mentioned.
It's hard to say which one I prefer because they both do exactly the same thing. I like them both the same really but srp can be bought from Amazon for £10 for 1 litre and tripple is about £6 for 250ml so srp is better value for money.
Sonax...
Both as good as each other really so whatever one takes your fancy.
I would recommend a sealant tho. The protection from srp or tripple really won't last long at all especially if this weather keeps up. Something like srp or tripple topped with c2v3, reload or sonax bsd will be spot on and...
Ah no worries mate :)
I know what you mean tho. Things never look as good in pictures as they do close up in person.
Best ph1 out there tho. One of my favourite cars on here for sure.
Hope that wasn't aimed at me Alex. I really like what Scott has done with the engine bay and like I said it's nice to see something different.
The car is a real credit to him.
^ that was my thoughts aswell.
I know what you've tried to do with the lunar but I just think that inlet in silver would look so fresh.
Nice to see something different tho and you've done an amazing job on this car!
Very nice example.
Just be really really careful with that bonnet bra. I know a guy that had one on his polo and it destroyed the paint.
Rest of the car looks nice tho.
Not sure. I always loved the drive videos and how they are aimed at us petrol heads. Hopefully we will still get the videos and it's not all about the money!
Yeah apart from the splitter your car does look very nice in the pics. Nice reflections.
Car and location are both awesome.
Thanks Harry I do love my bg :)
Great shots!
All of those cars look brilliant. Times like these I'm glad my bg is sitting on the drive because if I didn't own one I'd want yours so bad right now :approve:
Really? Looks like a pretty basic cage to me.
Looks good enough tho and obviously will keep the weight down a lot.
No real need to go ott with the cage if this is gonna be used for straight line stuff and maybe track days.
Progress is going well tho. I'm really liking what you've done so...
Medium front soft back Ao48s is what my Dad runs as a permanent set up on his R5 race car.
Perfectly ok to mix compounds front and rear and you may even find like we did this is a much better way to go in terms of tyre wear and also lap times.
I've got some of these aswell. Very cheap but perfect for applying trim dressing because you can simply throw them away after.
I personally wouldn't use these for waxing. I use a meguiars applicator for waxing because it feels a lot softer and is of a much higher quality.
These are defiantly...
I didn't say the wax as a whole was on another level I was saying desires level of oiliness was on another level. Desire is much oilier than desirable and therefore different.
If you get your pot of desire and rub your finger around the top of the pot you'll notice straight away how it gets...
I've got both. Desire has a different smell, is oilier and is a different colour.
I'm yet to use my sample of desirable but I'd say it's a different wax because so much is different. The texture of the two waxes is very different. Desirable feels quite oily but desire is on a whole other...
