I'm glad I didn't realise before I pre-ordered, I would have debated buying a black one even though I don't need it right now! It also goes with my white iphone and MBP better. :o

Well the finish looks near identical, which would make sense, was just asking if anyone with a 5 would recommend against buying something with the same material back, but twice as big so more open to damage.

Is the A6X in the Mini? What's the crack with the slate back on the iPhone 5 then, is it all just scaremongering, or does it mark too easily? I fancy a mini with the slate, but I don't want a one that will scratch easily!
