So long as your insurance knows who he is insured with then I can't see any issue there.
Injury wise you need to answer that one. Can you still go to work? Is the injury impacting on your day to day life style? What has your Doctor / A&E said about your injuries?

Personally whilst they look great (and mines about 4 years old) all the external carbon I've fitted has suffered badly with road rash and I wouldn't bother again.
Fucked Carbon, stone chips in the lacquer and water damage, was going to spray it today but it was to windy so will see what tomorrow brings. Other option is to chuck it in the bin and fit a skoda jobby.
Bit more cleaning if the car done...
Have a few days off work so I have tackled the car in and out...
This is as far as I've got at the moment...
Foamed
Washed
De-tar
Fall out removed
Clayed
Tripple
Tough Coat
1 layer of Spirit (another going down tomorrow)
Got to refit...
Today the clean up continued... Auto Finesse Tripple followed by Tough Coat.
Tomorrows job is to get a couple of coats of Spirit down for a bit of Waxy goodness.

I live this project, going to look great when finished!
As I said before your wrapping skills are awesome.
I'm going to get the hammer and pliers out and see what I can do.
Proper pain having a low car, need to find a decent jack to replace the s**t Renault one, I think I've a BMW one in the garage so may look to see if that's any good.
Got to get a brace as well now so trip to Halfrauds tomorrow.
Yes, inox on the front units, the rear KW's are just powder coated / painted which has all corroded off.
The coilovers are tired though, they were originally on Bens old Throttle bodied PH1 and have been on my car for nearly 5 years now!
I toyed with the idea of a rebuild and discussed with...
Thanks, I would say its worth doing... You know in the rear arch where the skirt meets the arch, there is a little 'well' created where the seams meet.
This was full of damp 'soil' and when cleaned away was showing signs of corrosion I suspect due to the build up of dirt and retaining the damp.
