Change the subframes and they will fit. Recaro do specific subframes for a clio and they will on the base of the megane recaros. Not cheap though.

Very very common problem with these exhausts. Had mine resealed countless times on the olive joint. Finally enough was enough and had the olive joint cut out on the cat and centre section and a bolt in joint fitted for £40.

Yes mate, straight swap. Wiring is just a case of unplugging and plugging new one in. When you buy the pase 1 stalk just check it has the 2 fog light switches (front and rear) on it as a lot only have one for the rear.

Fit a different indicator stalk with the horn button on it - straight fit no modification :)
