Passed an almost identical 172 cup earlier today next to E. Garforth trainstation, just out of my street, gave you a thumbs up! Also crossing the roundabout at the bottom of Cas yesterday there was a slammed blue 182 waiting to come out, driver rocking shades! Anybody?

I don't think I've ever seen my MPG move from 33.x! It's been sat at 33.8 for the last week or so then during the weekend dropped to 33.4, now back up to 33.6. My old 1.2 averaged at about 41mpg I think, driving the same routes I am now. I get through £40 petrol per week, with a daily commute...

Yep, i'm looking at my office window and I see my 172 cup, a red 172, 2 197's and many many 1.2's and 1.4s (including my old 1.2 I sold to a colleague!). We are most definitely awesome.

I've got a similar problem, my car kind of 'clanks' as it comes off speed bumps, and i swear the right rear arch gap is less than the left. My right wheel also looks like its kind of 'leaning' inwards ever so slightly. I was told the clanking was the heat shield banging on the exhaust, but...

Well the first one is sorted, let them back down to 26 and the ride comfort is straight back to how it used to be and also no veering or strange tyre noises. 2nd is still there, is the heat shield issue something to worry about? I mean...if its rattling then I'm guessing somethings either come...

Yeh thats been going a good while, in fact they did it every morning when I drove to work. My mates used to say that I have a 'hairdressers car'.

Well, the first one anyway. I'm not sure if this would be related to me pumping my tyres up the other day, but basically, since I did, the car is hardly as comfortable as it used to be, the ride doesnt sound as smooth either, and the car is also a bit harder to control under harsh acceleration...
