Pictures are from the random Stop spots of the day lol, First lot from the Mimms, second shots from some random dead end green field/carpark and last from the trading estate, Dunstable downs is the place for the next one, good roads/photo shoot/parking/food & a palce to fly my pro kite ;)
Remove the upper half of the inlet manifold, makes life more fun for the person on top as they can hold the springs/washers on while you put it all back together, get ready for tears if its your first time ;)
Pictures came out pretty good, still need more practice with the SLR mind you but i'll continue to use local meets as testing sessions ;)
Even more so since i've pulled apart x2 Iceberg PH1's to build tracks leaving only 97 left :cool:

*** UP-DATE ***
I have been meaning to finish of the Induction side of things since playing with the standard PH2 172 box and gaining very minimal power so Nick has kindly let me borrow his old V6 airbox ( thanks again mate ;) ) to carry out some trial testing
So the plan, Take the V6...

Fairly new to this SLR stuff but really enjoying the learning curve, so still very much a beginer ( 2nd day of using/playing with it:o ) I cleanned up the car and took it to the local park, the results
Really pleased with the results, did over 200 pics in half an hour, 98% were...

Galv Steel, finished off with galv protection paint to prevent rusting,
Tested on all JMS cars to over 130MPH at Snetterton with out failure :cool:
Still have another idea i'm working on with the ducting, will update all on my project thread

Ouch, some thing didn't go to plan there!
Worst case situation just hunt the scrap yards for a low milage 172 block, have seen good ones go for under £500
