yes to a degree, just make sure they are 60.1mm bore and if possible with 4x100 PCD, this prevents vibrations. Or if you really want to fit 10mm hubcentric (they are available) with mounting face you will have to trim your cars hubs faces down to below 10mm.

There all the same runners on the mark 2 and can be had on eBay cheap, just check with the seller the runner doesn't have the same issue as you have posted.

Why don't you use standard clio sliders? Exactly the same. This is exactly what I did on my broken Trophy seat, worked a treat.
