Not sure what model they come from but yes plug and play mate, i have them on both of my sports. Have a search on ebay pal, but make sure you get one with all the light function switches - particularly the front fog switch.

Fit a different clio indicator stalk with the horn button on it ;)

Take the car to your local garage/tyre fitter and get them to buzz gun the strut top off and then slightly tighten up to get you home.
