so then needed to move the battery to the boot/under seat, i am going for boot as will be fitting a large battery, done it correctly with a through bulk head connector, looks fairly smart

The cup bracket is not usable due to the supercharger bracket, as this bolts to the standard 172/182 a/c bracket, although I have looked st making it all fit

Yes it is
Max rpm is 7300rpm on the 85mm iirc.
So not really ideal, for the rev range
90mm will be about 7800/7900rpm so suits far better- my max rpm will be set at about 7700 rpm to keep it safe
But it's seems to be the Clio group that are having snags with them, the pug boys are running them for quite decent amount of miles around 40-60k
I think the key here is not over speeding them and monitoring the fluid temps of the s/c oil
If your you using it as a daily, expect a rebuild in about 20k if your doing short trips
