if you find its hitting the limiter early is probably because the car is cold.
when cold they limiter is reduced to reduce the damage done to the engine!
that'll be fine. its obviously been under torqued then the engine vibrations have allowed it to come loose
when its got to the last two threads the engine compression has popped it out over the last two threads.
if the plug threads were in a good condition then that would suggest damage to the...

i seem to have completely fallen out with cars in recent months.

The clio is the shitter that i speak of.
Its not insured currently. Waiting till february so greenlight can quote me, elsewhere wanted £1600 for a couple of thousand miles.
