    Just had my first MOT and have had one advisory because the "Nearside inner front (steering arm) ball joint has slight play" Firstly, could anyone say what this is, whether its just wear and tear etc, and also will it affect my drive eventually, does it need to be fixed? thanks for any help

    I've asked about my ph1 1.2 and they say they dont do it, but I'm sure someone asked about a 172 fitment and they said they dont do it but it will fit. Probably best to just ask them.
