Apple only made the 6 Plus for girls with handbags to put them in. They never actually thought a real man would buy one so if you did, put it in your pocket and it bends. Serves you right. Apparently not covered under warrantee if you're a man and it bends!

Even if you open the box have a play and send back? To be fair she should just go to the local store to have a play if she's that concerned.
