A few more updates over the weekend I got done .
Fist up was to clean then condition the leather seats .
Then was the boot counter weight removal ( boot does not pop up all the time due to this weight )
Then last up was to re adjust the aux and air con belts as there was a little...
Ok so after putting a few miles and bedding the brakes in I can report on the set up .
The old brakes were not in the best of shape so any change would be an improvement .
First up is the pedal feel with the new S/S lines the travel so much shorter and the feel so much firmer and all of the dead...
So this weekend was the brake upgrade / change .
Fist up was to remove the front discs and pads .
Front disc not in good shape
Or the pads
Then to fit the new front disc and pads
Then the front S/S brake lines
Then on to the rears with old disc and pads removed...
Another update time .
On Monday went to Abbey Motorsport for some suspension parts and to turn off the engine light that came on after the Uprev .
First was two new banana arms
Then a Whiteline front anti roll bar set to soft with Whiteline drop links .
Then a Whiteline rear anti roll...
Only one point to note is that parts and tuning part are not cheep for this car and you will never gain a lot of BHP on this engine as most make 250 ish not the 275 the book said .

Little bit quicker than a MK 6 GOLF GTI I found in my one .
handle nice bit heavy at 1525 KG for the GT pack ones .
I love my one for the looks and noise alone .
