going fairly cheap
maybe of some use to the track orientated owners
get some loctite freeze and release on it
http://loctitefreezeandrelease.com/
then try get some easy outs on it

should fly out- em, sort of easy lol
If your not after power I would still put a set of cams in
Because if you change your mind 10'000 miles down the line
It will cost you another belt change
Bad times
I would rebuild with hi comp cams and maybe itb's
But it would be cheaper to buy another engine from eBay ect
May be able to sort you a deal on forged rods hi comp and itb's pm me LOL
Engine dynamics do a fairly decent price on a rebuild maybe worth having a look over the site...
Small ish update
car has been sitting out in the car park now for over a year :headno:
so treated her to a clean and a very heavy waxing
also noticed over the last few days i had quite a lot of water ingression in to the car so made a rain shelter for the car
basic but hopefuly effective...

maybe worth reading up on here a bit first in the projects thread, there has been a few 172/182 s that had a 225 engine put in them
or speak to RS Tuning as they have done the 197 with a 225 engine iirc
