I'm assuming MS have done their research and worked out how much the upper ceiling is for price and the amount of people who would buy it. I guess I'd count myself in that group! I loved my 360 to bits and was really confused with the initial positioning of One (even saying 'we weren't aiming to...
Because it will mean the gaming experience will hopefully get even better?
Also, the idea of 'generations' is very old school. This is the way forward, embrace it. I'm much happier with this than the alternative (which might yet happen, if the Japanese market is anything to go by) where the idea...
Probably not - but it will be a MASSIVE step-up to what we have. I'm excited anyway. Will be saving towards that an a nice 50" 4K tv for my gaming room for next Xmas anyway...I'll be married by then (or if it goes sour before then I can bail and use that money for a 60" :) )
No - all Xbox One games will play on all 3 consoles. They will just look better on the new ones. It's a good plan - more evolving consoles like PCs rather than generations of old.
Also, it sounds like MS have set out to make Scorpio significantly more powerful than the Neo. I really feel like...
Pu$$y! :)
There are lots of other fun modifiers you can try out though - I've probably done about 10 total completes but no 2 campaigns are the same and I always try out different strategies. But, I prefer big tank like units just because they look cool
Think Mark already has that in the bag! Paul is really good at raids - but I never think any of them are THAT hard if you know what you're doing and act as a team
It's a bit slow to start but quickly becomes addictive. Basically you have to raise a small army and create a base, there are the turn based levels and outside of that a meta game where you're developing your capabilities and deciding which technology to invest in. You can name and customise...
Yeah it will be nice to have a new raid. I'd like one which is a bit more action orientated like Crota's End but a few more mechanical elements like in Vault/King's End.
Ultimately something which is fun but you can still complete if some r****d in your team dies (which seems to happen a lot!)
Also says 'new social space' - wonder what that is??!
The Iron Lords included all the heroes celebrated in the Iron Banner tournaments - Efrideet, Gheleon, Perun, Jolder, Radegast, Silimar, Felwinter, Skorri and Timur. I am really hoping there is a good story to this. There is a good one in the...
Sorry I stopped listening when you said you weren't interested in XCom 2 aka game of the year 2015, sequel to XCom which was game of the year...
Admitedly that demo does do a poor job of selling it - looks like it's from an early level and you don't really 'get it' until you play it. I assure...
Yeah mate totally! After you went away and Mark started being an RPG geek, I was left entirely to the wastelands of LFG sites. There are now LOADS of people about at 335 who have never done a raid before. I realised then that you could no longer be a semi elitist and recruit on the base of light...
I'd love to try the new Warhammer. Although a 40K version would be my preference. Imagine controlling an entire battalion of dreadnaughts and terminator marines...dreamy!
A valid and brilliant response! Although still not entirely convinced I'll probably end up getting it - I've had everyone since BC2, excluding Hardline
X Com 2 obviously...
BF1 to me doesn't look interesting. The graphics and presentation look great but WW1 was just a horrific mess of a war. Trying to simulate that for a game just doesn't sound very entertaining...e.g. lying prone for ages waiting for people to pop over a trench to mow them...
Yeah I know what you mean. I had that with Halo V. It was fun and a few years ago I would have played it to death, but I quickly got bored. Not helped by my poor internet speeds impacting my performance. It might be a bit too accessible maybe? I think if you're a good pvp player, like you, then...
X-Com is superb! I'd 100% recommend it. In the last one there was a multiplayer element but was a bit tacked on, meant to be much better in the newest one. I've got BF4 actually though in the meantime, could have a crack on that I used to love that game too!
Really? Everyone seems to be loving it right now.
I've just read that X Com 2 is now coming out on consoles in September. If I can survive until then, that will keep me going pretty much forever. Enemy unknown/within were AMAZING games so absolutely cannot wait for that.
I should be on...
